Advent Greetings from our Pastor

Advent is a celebration of Jesus’ first coming, His presence among us here and now, and the anticipation of His final coming at the end of time. In the four weeks prior to Christma

s, the Church invites us to prayerfully ponder the mystery of the Incarnation (God becoming flesh). On Christmas we celebrate the reality of God’s presence through Jesus, the Emmanuel (“God with us”). I invite each of us to open wide the doors of our hearts so that we might more deeply experience the reality of “God with us” (past, present, future).

Fr. Joseph and I look forward to celebrating the marvelous mysteries of Advent and Christmas with you and your families.
